This was especially evident at the Sellers Workshop held last June 28, 2025, at Uno Business Hotel & Café in Valencia City, Bukidnon. With the theme “Home is Where Service Begins: Creating Trust, Comfort, and Care in the Real Estate Experience,” the workshop brought together sellers from all over for a full day of learning, reflection, and realignment.
Facilitated by Samuel T. Ruperez Jr., the event focused on practical tools and mindset shifts that elevate the home-selling journey into one centered on trust and care. It was a meaningful reminder that what we do isn’t just about transactions — it’s about building homes, building trust, and building lives.
In the spirit of celebrating this commitment, we also recognized two standout sellers through our Quarterly Raffle Draws, part of our continuing homebuyers incentive program.
