Tierra Verde Homes Opens 2026 with Sales Rally and Seller Promotions
Tierra Verde Homes officially opened the year with its Sales Rally and Sellers Kick-Off held on January 16 at ILA TOPS Grill Resto in Valencia City, Bukidnon. With the theme “Level Up 2026: Hustle, Achieve, Celebrate — Illuminating Goals. Elevating Success,” the event brought together the seller network to mark the start of a new sales year while recognizing key achievements from 2025. 

During the program, the following recognitions were given:

• Top 1 Sales Contributor: Ruel Edar (Jheapz Realty)
• Top 2 Sales Contributor: Maricel Yaba (Jheapz Realty)
• Top 3 Sales Contributor: Charisma Girlie Lacsi (Jheapz Realty)
• Top Sales Manager: Meshiel Edar (Jheapz Realty)
• Realty Category: Jheapz Realty, represented by broker Rowell Cauguiran
• Annual Sellers Promo Qualifier – Travel Incentive (International Trip to Thailand for 2): Ruel Edar, Jheapz Realty for achieving 50M+ in personal sales for 2025 

Congratulations to all the awardees and qualifiers for their achievements.

The quarter also carried forward the recognition of sellers who qualified for the Q4 2025 Sellers Promo Shopping Spree, with Maricel Yaba and Ruel Edar named as qualifiers. The shopping spree was held on February 3, 2026 at Robinsons Supermarket Valencia City Buk where each qualifier was given the opportunity to shop for items. Qualification required a minimum of two mixed units sold per month from October to December 2025, reflecting strong and consistent sales performance during the final quarter of the year.

Looking ahead, Tierra Verde Homes has also lined up several seller promos for the second quarter of 2026:

• Shopping Spree in Robinsons: Quarterly Sales Incentive Program – accredited sellers in good standing who achieve at least six closed or reserved SF or TH units from April 1 to June 30, 2026 will qualify for a shopping spree in Robinsons Supermarket.
• Cash Incentive: Outright Incentive Promo – accredited sellers will receive a cash incentive for every qualified reservation.
• One Sack of Rice each: Early Bird Promo – the first 10 reservations for Rebekah Single Firewall or Sarah Townhouse units will receive one sack of rice each.

For the Quarterly Sales Incentive Program, only valid and fully documented reservations or closed sales will be counted. Accounts must remain active and not cancelled within the quarter, and the incentive is non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

Together, these activities mark a positive start to the year for the Tierra Verde Homes seller network, bringing together recognition for recent achievements and a clear direction for the quarter ahead.
